Former Employee, more than than 1 yr
Pros
Steady work. Good benefits. Training programs and certification programs if selected.
Cons
No westward/fifty balance. Depending on your boss, workers are usually slaves and morale is low. If you are an bodily field worker, your boss changes with each project. You can exist one Superintendents "go to" on one projection to being ostracized and belittled by a super on your next project. Very political. Many bosses talk to the adults like children. There are "red hats" (superintendents) that have serious past traumas that leak out onto their workers, yelling, throwing things, etc.. That existence said in that location ARE good reddish hats that trust you lot can do the task and give you the tools to succeed. Hope that you get one of them. The HR department is horrible, if yous do non smile or osculation upwardly to them they will corner you and force yous to comply to "their" culture, or quit. Their job is so irrelevant then they have their nose in EVERYTHING. They do not care about the workers and have absolutely no morals. The field workers, no affair carpenters or physical were all legit, some incompetent, some very helpful and competent but skillful esprit nonetheless. Bones corporate civilisation. Takes minimum 15 years for a "cherry-red hat" position.

Business organization Outlook
Pros
Somewhat flexible with your schedule.
Cons
Most employees show upward 20 minutes late everyday. No real preparation provided. Horrible co-workers that chew gum endlessly and loudly...which enabled me to easily give out my glue chewing addiction out of pure disgust for this coworker. Forced to listen to the aforementioned radio station day in and day out.
